Social Media Reporters Marketing Insights Event

Marketing Insights Event (MIE) used a student team of Social Media Reporters to add professional-grade reporting to promote their event and it’s sponsors.

The annual Marketing Insights Event is a two-day meetup for marketers, data analysts and researchers with the latest insights in the field of Marketing insights, research and analytics. The central meeting place was a cozy space where, in addition to the sponsors’ stands, a complete newsroom was set up for our social media editors and a podcast studio. Coached by our professional editor-in-chief and video editor, a team of enthusiastic students embedded themselves into the event to Tweet, make Instagram posts and to record interviews with visitors, speakers and sponsors of # MIE20, with their mobile phone as their only tool. From those videos, our editor made a wrap-up video for every day (online before dinner) and various items for the sponsors of #MIE20.
