3×24 hrs Livestream ESOT 2019

For the third time we brought our entire team to the ESOT congress, a large congress for transplant professionals. This year we achieved more than ever, with camera teams in 3 large rooms, a studio show with interviews and reports by Gerrit Heijkoop and lots of interaction with hubs in China and California.

On top of that, something unique in the congress world: a 24 hr continuous livestream from the beginning till the end of the 4-day congress. With our central media server we could record sessions in different rooms simultaneously and immediately prepare for broadcast at a later time. The order of re-broadcast was well-planned: No matter what time zone you were in you always had access to all important sessions of that day.

The goal of this livestrean was to generate attention for the ESOT’s educational platform ESOT transplant Live – and that worked. In a few days’ time the number of paying members grew with 20%, also thanks to industry sponsors who purchased group memberships for their relations.

It has been fantastic working with you, I only received congratulations on the quality of the streaming and the functioning of the hubs. I hope there will be soon a chance to work together again.
